Job summary

Total eBiz Solutions in Singapore is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to provide on-site operations, maintenance, administration and technical support for cybersecurity platforms. You will monitor and harden Palo Alto firewalls, manage Cloudflare DDoS mitigation, and oversee CyberArk PAM and Carbon Black EDR while collaborating with IT and security teams to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in cybersecurity operations or SOC support.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Cloudflare, CyberArk, Carbon Black EDR.
• Knowledge of network security, DDoS mitigation, PAM, and endpoint protection.
• Familiar with incident response, log monitoring, and system administration.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
