Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic Head of Platform Engineering to lead our Singapore-based engineering team and shape the development of our digital platform.

You will drive architecture decisions, champion best practices, and align delivery with business goals. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and operations, and ensure scalable cloud-based solutions using microservices and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering or platform development.
• Strong cloud and microservices expertise.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
