Purpose And Scope

As a Quality Platforms Engineer within a team of digital experts, you will drive our digital initiatives forward in an agile organization. Our model comprises Digital Capability and Digital Execution. You will focus on developing, deploying, and integrating quality management platforms such as TrackWise Digital to support our business processes and operations. Your role involves technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of quality systems, aiming to optimize these platforms to support business goals, enhance efficiency, and foster growth.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet organizational needs, including programming, configuring settings, and software integration.
• Ensure seamless integration between platforms and systems like Data Lakes, MuleSoft, and ERP systems.
• Monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
• Provide user support and training for effective platform utilization.
• Participate in initiatives, applying your skills to achieve project objectives and value realization.
• Collaborate across teams within the organization.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on latest trends and technologies.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance digital capabilities.
• Report progress and outcomes regularly to team leaders.
• Employ analytical skills to solve project challenges and deliver solutions.
• Ensure high quality and consistency in deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Significant experience with Salesforce Admin/Developer, TrackWise Digital administration, integration, Lightning, and analytics.
• Understanding of quality management business processes and how platforms support these.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with business to define requirements and impact analysis.
• Ability to support technical upgrades, manage user accounts, and support audits.
• Collaboration with privacy and security teams on data privacy issues.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce and TrackWise Digital certifications.
• 3-5 years of experience configuring and supporting Salesforce/TrackWise/Veeva platforms.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and relevant coding skills such as Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, APIs.
