We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to join our team and help build, maintain, and optimize our API and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in strong experience in any one backend programming language (Java / Go), API, API Gateway, Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, and modern software development practices.

1. Developing and optimizing microservices and API integrations using Java or Go.
2. Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment and integration.
3. Architecting and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS, with a focus on EKS/AKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
4. Collaborating with development teams to improve API performance, security, and scalability.
5. Troubleshooting complex issues across the API and cloud stack.
6. Staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in API management and cloud computing.

Skills for Success

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in platform engineering or similar roles.
3. Strong proficiency in Java/Python or Go programming languages.
4. Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Bamboo, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
5. Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud services, particularly EKS/AKS.
6. Solid understanding of Kubernetes, sidecar pattern, and container orchestration.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
