As a Platform Engineer, you will be a key player in driving digital initiatives within Astellas' agile organization, focusing on digital capability development and digital execution. You will work on the development, deployment, and integration of software platforms supporting business processes such as CRM, ERP, SCM, Clinical, Patient Safety, and Quality Management Solutions.

Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and configuring platforms, ensuring system integration, monitoring performance, providing user support and training, participating in initiatives, collaborating across teams, engaging in continuous learning, contributing innovative ideas, reporting progress, solving problems, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications required include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant STEM field, experience with SAP end-to-end implementation and S/4HANA upgrades, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in an agile environment. Staying current with SAP technologies and providing thought leadership in SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite is also essential.
