Job summary

ST Engineering seeks a Platform and Architecture Lead (AVP/Senior Manager) to drive the architectural vision, platform strategy, and transformational change across its Engineering and Development environment in Singapore and overseas.

The role bridges architecture, business operations, and IT execution, leading modernization to ensure scalable, secure, highly available systems aligned with Group IT standards and target operating models.

Qualifications

• Experience leading platform modernization and architectural change across enterprise IT/OT environments.
• Ability to govern multi-domain architectural blueprints with security-by-design principles.
• Proven track record in managing complex technology transformations and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong communication and executive reporting to translate technical concepts for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture for DevSecOps, cloud, networking, and OT/IoT environments.
• Govern platform architectures, ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
• Lead architectural reviews and secure design approvals for major projects.
• Collaborate with Group IT and local teams to align architecture with global strategies.
• Act as change lead for technology transformations and adoption of automation.
