Job summary
Univers in Singapore seeks a product leader to steer the AI Workbench platform, defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Agents and automation workflows. You will drive end-to-end specifications, developer experience, and orchestration capabilities for practical, enterprise-grade AI.
You will collaborate with AI research, platform infrastructure, frontend/backend engineering, UX design, and solutions engineering to translate ambitious goals into shipped, high-quality products
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product mgmt or software development with AI focus.
- Proven impact across enterprise-scale platforms.
- Strong backend architecture and distributed systems experience.
- Experience with CI/CD and software delivery practices.
- Degree in CS/Math/SE or related field.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year AI Workbench vision and roadmap.
- Identify high-impact AI enablement opportunities across ecosystems.
- Specify low code/pro-code builder interfaces and tools.
- Shape APIs, SDKs, and tool integrations for developers.
- Lead multi-agent orchestration capabilities.
- Establish governance, RBAC, data privacy, HITL safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features.
