Job summary

NCS, a leading technology services firm in Asia Pacific, seeks an experienced Platform AI Security Architect to join the AI Center of Excellence (AI COE). You will define and govern AI security architecture, apply Zero Trust, and drive security-by-design across AI lifecycles to safeguard enterprise-grade AI and data platforms used by internal engineering teams.

As part of a platform product-organization, you will partner with Enterprise Architecture and Group Security to ensure compliance,

Qualifications

8-12+ years of experience in security architecture, enterprise security, or platform security.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
Ability to manage multiple complex security engagements in parallel.
Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.
Strong expertise in security architecture, including Zero Trust, Micro-segmentation, IAM.
Strong experience in AI and GenAI security, safety and threat protection: Responsible AI, Prompt Injection and GenAI redteaming.
Experience in cloud and platform security (AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with threat modelling and security-by-design practices.
Knowledge of industry frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks, ISO/IEC 27001.
Familiarity with security tooling (IAM, WAF, SIEM, vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and govern AI security architecture aligned with enterprise and telco standards.
Embed security-by-design across AI lifecycles, applying Zero Trust and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance and continuous remediation by coordinating with Enterprise Architecture and Group Security.
