Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Supervisor. You will plan and organize facility operations, ensure maintenance of plant equipment, and lead a team while adhering to safety procedures. The ideal candidate has a diploma in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Competitive salary up to $4000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred.
• At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Plant.
• Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment.
• Lead a group of workers, addressing issues or grievances.
• Oversee plant safety procedures: WHS, FS.
• Ensure accurate stock count for cylinder tracking.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job description

Position title : Operations & Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Pioneer

Working Days: 5. 5 work week

Working hours : 7.30am to 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am to 12.45pm

Salary : Up to $4000 (subject to qualifications and experience) + OT

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the facility
• Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
• Lead a group of workers, hauliers and tanker attendants e.g. addressing issues or grievances, ensure proper facilitation of their job assignments and etc.
• Oversea and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS
• Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in our in-house system
• Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
