A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer to manage M&E / HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and site procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include liaising with contractors, preparing technical documents, and monitoring project schedules within a team-oriented environment. Office: Woodlands [ Nearest MRT is Admiralty ]
5.5 Days, 8am - 5pm | Sat: 8am - 12pm
Basic Salary: 3,000 - 4,000 + $50 Phone Allowance + AWS
Company's Principal activity is plumbing, heating (non-electric) and air-conditioning with general contractors, this role will outsource and place under Micron in Attap Valley. [ Woodlands / Admiralty ]
Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
Min 1–3 years of relevant experience in M&E / HVAC Project Coordination.
Must familiar with Construction Drawings, Specifications, and Site Procedures.
Liaise with Main Contractor, consultants, and other subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure work sequences are aligned.
Attend coordination meetings and prepare minutes of meetings when required.
Follow up on outstanding site matters and ensure timely completion of works.
Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure technical compliance and highlight discrepancies.
Prepare and submit technical queries (TQs), method statements, and material submissions.
Mark up drawings for As-Built Drawing updates and coordinate with draftsperson for revisions.
Support preparation of shop drawings, coordination drawings, and update red-line drawings during installation.
Prepare weekly progress reports, covering work done in the previous week, current progress, and forecast for the next week.
Monitor work schedules and coordinate with the site team to ensure targets are met.
Assist in preparing work programs, manpower schedules, and progress tracking charts.
Conduct inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures.
Participate in Safety Assessments and ensure safe work practices at site.
Report and follow up on any non-conformances or safety observations.
Assist the Project Manager in tracking materials, deliveries, and installation sequences.
Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and documentation.
Support handover documentation, including O&M manuals and final as-built submissions.
