1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title

Planning Manager (Construction-Power Plants) @ Jurong Island

Occupation

Job Description & Requirements

- Reporting to Construction Manager & deputy construction manager.

- Overall responsible for the planning of the project in phases

- Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and regulations

- Analyse data and forecasting trends

- Prepare project schedules from scratch, update them, and close them out.

- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for the overall project consistent with project scope and reporting structure requirements across the project

- Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

- Preparation of project control procedures, for the basic & feed phase.

- Prepare for weekly & Monthly report and attend weekly & monthly meetings

- Monitor progress and adjust the planning to meet objectives within budget and on time.

Requirements :

- Must possess min 8 years of planning engineering experience

- Must possess min 3 years of planning manager experience

- familiar with P6 & EXCEL& Word & MS Project

- have a wealth of knowledge of power plant construction

- Able to start work on short notice will have an added advantage

- Must be able to work at Jurong Island
