Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for material production scheduling, inventory forecasting and planning functions to meet customers’ requirements
2. Manage all licenses’ sale orders, forecasts and shipments to meet sales budget
3. Lead and manage all materials planning for all unitized material in an efficient manner with the various departments (Procurement, QA, Production, etc.)
4. Responsible for material control and inventory for all ingredients and packaging materials
5. Lead and drive production planning master schedule to meet orders and delivery
6. Identify and manage ingredients write off, inventory holding and work with R&D various departments to meet costs management targets
7. Lead and run MRP for ingredients, packaging materials on daily/weekly basis
8. Communicate daily/weekly production, procurement and delivery plans
9. Administer document control and ensure compliance to ISO and internal/external audits
10. Prepare and submit ingredients requisitions
11. Monitor trends, reports and data to ensure forward planning and minimum disruption to production schedule
12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in respective areas
13. Support R&D product and packaging team on new raw material and packaging development for material risk evaluation in food safety and quality
14. Support Business units in projects

Job Requirements:

1. Min Degree in any Discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of Planning Experience
