Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare work formats and identify critical paths.
• Prepare histograms, tables, S-curves, and resource logs.
• Develop construction programmes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for client submission.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Building Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction planning and programme coordination for railway projects.
• Ability to apply critical path method techniques with sound knowledge of construction sequencing.
• Good written and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in the Boon Lay area.
• Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (such as Primavera) and Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred candidates with LTA project experience.
