Une entreprise de construction réputée recherche un Ingénieur Planificateur pour soutenir les activités de planification et de coordination de projets. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la planification de projets de construction, idéalement pour des projets de chemin de fer souterrain, et maîtriser Primavera P6. Ce rôle nécessite également une collaboration étroite avec divers intervenants pour assurer la conformité aux exigences contractuelles et réglementaires.

Qualifications

• Diplôme reconnu en génie civil (PEB).
• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en planification de construction.
• Compétent en logiciel de planification Primavera P6 pour projets MRT.

Responsibilities

• Soutenir le Directeur/Manager de Projet dans la coordination et la planification.
• Préparer et gérer les programmes de travail et suivre l'avancement.
• Effectuer des revues techniques pour garantir la conformité.

Job description

Our client, a well-known main contractor in the construction industry, is looking for candidates for the position of Planning Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Director/Manager in project coordination and planning activities to meet timelines and deliverables.

• Prepare and manage baseline & working programme schedules, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project milestones

• Prepare, manage and submit the monthly payment request to the Client, incorporating the monthly progress status and physical work-done (progress percentage), with the supporting of the Quantity Surveyor and coordinating with construction team.

• Provide regular project updates in reports such as weekly/monthly report, progress updated programme summaries, variation orders, and extension of time (EOT) assessments.

• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on planning and project execution.

• Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely issue resolution.

• Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in tender submissions, method statements, and claims preparation.

• Oversee on-site safety and environmental compliance, including identifying potential hazards and reviewing method statements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (PEB Recognized Degree)

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in construction planning and programme coordination for underground railway projects.

• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software for LTA MRT project
