Job description

Job Description:

  1. Prepare and submit documentation to Maincon for approval, attend site meetings, and document meeting minutes for discussions held on-site.
  2. Address any issues that arise during production, delivery, or installation phases promptly and effectively, including preparing method statements if necessary.
  3. Participate in the initial cast inspection with the consultant for each project component at the fabrication yard.
  4. Follow up on drawing approvals, monitor site progress, and respond to emails regarding site matters.
  5. Plan and coordinate the transportation of precast elements to the construction site, according to the delivery order (PP09) from Maincon.
  6. Group moulds and source quotations from mould suppliers for new projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  7. Prepare and follow up on casting schedules for subcontractors, ensuring precast components are cast on time.
  8. Update daily production reports on wall charts.
  9. Order raw materials (BRC, rebars, inserts, lifting hooks & nuts, etc.) and cast-in items (pipes, M&E, door frames, ventilator sleeves, window frames, etc.), ensuring timely delivery for production.
  10. Monitor material usage and manage inventory to avoid shortages or delays.
  11. Submit weekly and monthly production reports, detailing project completion percentages and daily production volumes.
  12. Verify the monthly Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) report against the monthly production report.

Requirement:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  4. Study plan number of moulds required for each project of the components for individuals project. Ensure that moulds ordered are delivered on time.
