Job description

• Supports in the tender exercise through planning of work execution sequence and
value engineering proposals.
• Prepares master program (Excel / MS Project) for the project.
• Prepares Project Quality Plan and ensures its implementations at site.
• Ensures works are being done according to Project Quality Plan, monitors and inspect
materials and equipment are of approved quality.
• Prepares Method Statements and coordinates with Safety Team for risk assessments
at site as per Authority Requirements.
• Liaise and applies with relevant Authorities for all Statutory Requirements.
• Conducts site inspection and internal audit to ensure target work quality is achieved
and as per Building Codes.
• Ensure proper document system are implemented to ensure data traceability.
• Any ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by superior or management


Job requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry
2. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction management or equivalent
3. Well-versed in MS Office software for presentations and Microsoft Project for submissions to client during tender & project execution phase.
4. To have prior experience in construction planning with building-related facility
