A leading supply chain company in Singapore is seeking a Planning Assistant to support the Planning Manager with managing orders, production schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Supply Chain or related fields, strong Excel skills, and be detail-oriented. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years in production / material / supply chain planning preferred.

Overview

To support the Planning Manager in managing customers’ orders, production schedules, and planning processes to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and smooth operations within the supply chain.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain weekly OTD Report.
  • Process and update customers’ orders accurately into the ERP system.
  • Run MPS (Master Production Schedule) and ROP (Reorder Point) in support of the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) process.
  • Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure alignment of schedules and material availability.
  • Assist in forecasting analysis and demand planning.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.
  • Provide ad hoc planning and reporting support as required by the Planning Manager.
Experience
  • 1 to 3 years in production / material / supply chain planning preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant degree and strong learning attitude are welcome.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent discipline.
Other requirements
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • ERP system knowledge (e.g., BC, or similar) preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
