Job summary

Applied Materials in Singapore is seeking a manufacturing scheduler to plan and control low complexity line production. You will own line scheduling, ensure on-time delivery, and optimize tool configuration and slotting to support efficient operations.

In this role you will approve and allocate NPMA tasks, work to improve KPIs such as OTD and line balance, and manage training allocations while contributing to safe, reliable manufacturing through standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and controlling manufacturing lines.
• Ability to coordinate training allocations.
• Understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OTD, CT, EOP).

Key Responsibilities

Plan and control manufacturing low complexity lines scheduling, considering business demands, manufacturing & material constrains. Responsible for line OTD. Own tool configuration & slotting. Responsible for NPMA (Non Pure Manufacturing Activities) approval and allocation. Responsible for efficient line design in terms of: Responsiveness, Inventory & Linear work load Control line's performances while driving for line KPIs improvement: OTD, EOP, CT, SOE Control & support manufacturing capacity fulfillment. Manage training period allocation.
