Job description

There are 2 roles available with the A1 main contractor company. These are permanent roles. Roles will begin at the company's main office and then posted to the East side of Singapore at project location. These roles are only open to Singapore local residents.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team
  • Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programs
  • Prepare baseline schedule which includes resources and cost loadings
  • Work on progress forecast and prepare rolling program
  • Update, track and report project progress against planned schedule
  • Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program
  • Ensure material submission and approval
  • Ensure project orders and deliveries are in accordance to agreed schedules

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Building Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 - 10 years relevant experience in construction
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory
  • Familiar with earned value method
