Planner II

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Contribute and achieve service level:
   1. To generate production Material Requirement Plan and issue Purchase Order in JDE.
   2. To liaise with external customers on their Purchase Orders and queries.
   3. To liaise with Warehouse personnel and IQA on timely material release schedule.
   4. To work with production supervisors and follow up on production schedule completion date.
   5. To manage timely shipments and meet service level performance.
   6. To facilitate Plant Monthly Raw Material and Year-end inventory cycle count.
   7. Play an active role in the Annual Budget and Forecast Process.
2. Plan and purchase material at optimal level:
   1. To plan and purchase raw materials as per MPS/ Intercompany requirement.
   2. To work with Suppliers on purchase of materials availability, expedition of material and ensure minimal production line stoppages.
3. Maximum productivity:
   1. Be an active innovator and change agent.
   2. Identify and execute process continuous improvement.
4. Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.

Qualifications/ Education:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Engineering or equivalent.

Skill Set and/or Experience:

• Degree with min 3 years / Diploma with min 5 years Planning, MRP & Purchasing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of JDE system is an advantage.
