Job Scope:

• Manage customer accounts and plan delivery schedules based on order requirements.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics to execute delivery plans.

• Collaborate with the Purchasing team on customer forecast demand and material planning.

• Prepare cost estimates and respond to customer request for Quotations.

• Manage Engineering Change Orders and Notices.

• Handle RMA requests and follow up on resolutions.

Job Requirement:

• Entry level is welcomed, full training provided.

• Candidate with planner / logistics / coordinator related experience will have added advantage.
