Hiring for Planned Maintenance Team Leader for Singapore location.

Job Description

• Reports to the Engineering Leader.
• Leads the planned maintenance execution team consisting of zone technicians.
• Serves as the main trainer/mentor/foreman for zone technicians with regard to maintenance execution (focusing on safety, quality and first time right (FTR)).
• Receives planned work from the planning team.
• Interacts with unplanned maintenance execution team to properly segregate planned and unplanned work.
• Stakeholders are also the packaging and brewing team leaders as the main customers.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting/Programming skills.
• Preferable in conveyors/Packaging equipment.
• Mastered all the skills, activities and experience required for PMTL on foundation level.
• Key expert to effectively support, train and help to plan and organize CILTS, PM days, AM up to step 5, etc.
• Highly experienced in managing maintenance workflow (job lifecycle) management and the supply work processes.
