Sonny’s Pizza is a casual, New York-style pizzeria known for good vibes and even better pies. We’re on the lookout for an energetic, hands-on Head of Kitchen to lead the back-of-house operations and help us serve up the best slices in town.

• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering.
• Set up the shop each morning — including firing up the oven and baking pizzas for opening.
• Prepare and manage daily pizza dough production.
• Handle mise en place to ensure all toppings are ready and restocked throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure all equipment is in working order.

• Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate (required)
• Able to work day/early shifts
