Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a seasoned candidate with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry for a lead role. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and at least 15 years of relevant experience, particularly in LNG and oil & gas projects. Local Singaporeans and PRs are preferred, and foreign candidates must hold valid work passes in Singapore. The estimated salary is between $7,000 and $8,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

• Minimum 15 years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a lead role in major LNG & oil/gas projects.
• Extensive expertise in piping design and engineering.
• Familiarity in piping materials application and stress engineering.
• Experience in underground pipeline design and execution.
• Knowledgeable about codes, standards, and recommended practices.
• Experience in LNG and oil & gas projects is mandatory.
• Local Singaporeans and PRs are desirable.
• Foreign candidates must hold valid passes in Singapore.

Job description

• Must have minimum 5 years in similar lead role in major LNG & oil/gas projects.
• Besides extensive expertise in piping design and engineering, familiarity in piping materials application and stress engineering is essential.
• Must have experience to handle underground pipeline design and execution.
• Must be fully knowledgeable about codes, standards and recommended practices for this discipline.
• Experience in LNG and oil & gas projects is mandatory.
• Local Singaporeans and PRs are desirable
• For foreign candidates: must currently hold valid passes in Singapore and have prior work experience in Singapore, along with relevant LNG and oil & gas project experience.

Salary:$7,000- $8,000 plus or minus (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
