Job summary

The blue barrel pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an Assistant Piping Manager to assist the Piping Manager across FEED, Detail, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning. You will lead piping design oversight, reviews and ensure compliance with international codes.

Ideal candidates have 12–15 years in piping within EPC, with 3–5 years in a lead role, and experience in oil & gas, petrochemicals, LNG, or energy transition projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 12–15 years of experience in piping engineering within EPC projects.
• 3–5 years in a lead or senior piping role.
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG, or energy transition projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering oversight across FEED to commissioning.
• Review piping layouts, P&IDs, isometrics, MTOs, and stress reports.
• Ensure compliance with codes: ASME, API, ISO.
• Support resource planning and schedule development.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams for integrated design.
• Promote safety, QA/QC, and continuous improvement.
