Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd seeks a technically skilled drafter in Singapore to prepare and revise 2D/3D drawings, including P&IDs and piping isometrics. You will create 3D models for reviews and work with EDMS tools to manage documentation and handover packages.

The role requires hands-on drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, and familiarity with EDMS platforms such as Aconex or Google Drive. This position is based at Boon Lay, Singapore, on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a technical role within oil, gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors in Singapore.
• Hands-on drafting experience is a must.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and EDMS is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise 2D/3D engineering drawings, including P&IDs, piping isometrics, general arrangements, and pipe support details.
• Develop 3D models of pipelines, equipment, and metering skids for design reviews and clash detection.
• Manage project documentation, drawing registers, revisions, and distribution using Google Drive.
• Handle excavation application submissions and provide pipeline drawings to third-party contractors.
• Update as-built drawings based on approved designs and site markups.
• Coordinate with project and maintenance engineers to resolve drawing issues and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare document status reports, transmittals, and final project documentation for handover and archiving.

Salary: $3000 + Bonus

Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm / Mon - Fri

Work Location: Boon Lay

Experience using an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
