Job summary

A leading company is seeking a qualified technician for on-site servicing, maintenance, and installation tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, good communication skills, and must be willing to work overtime. Responsibilities will include fault diagnosis, supporting deliveries, and aiding service center operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.
• Must hold a Class 3 or 4 driving license.
• Able to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• On-site servicing, maintenance, and installation at clients' sites.
• Diagnose faults to component level.
• Assist in delivery of goods and in-service center activities.

Job Description & Requirements

• On-site servicing, maintenance and installation works at client's site
• Repair and fault rectification on equipment
• Support in preparation of equipment (before delivery) & delivery
• Assisting in Service Centre activities
• Ability to diagnose fault to component level
• Support in-house and field service job
• Assist in Delivery goods (Load & unload)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 year(s) experience in relevant field
• Good communication, independent, committed, full of initiative, meticulous, good customer service
• Must be Supervisor/ Engineer level are Welcome
• Driving license (Class 3 or 4 manual)
• Able to work overtime (Saturday & Sunday & PH) when required
• Can start work immediately
