• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, Technology, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree (Master's/MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sector growth strategies aligned with SIMTech and A*STAR priorities.
• Build sector roadmaps and demand-generation plans to drive industry engagement.
• Establish and manage strategic relationships with MNCs, SMEs, industry associations, and government agencies.
• Lead and mentor sector business development teams to deliver revenue and impact.
• Drive technology commercialisation and ecosystem development within the sector.
• Bridge industry needs with SIMTech capabilities and identify emerging market opportunities.
• Foster long-term partnerships, joint labs, and innovation programmes.
