Qualifications

• Full-time availability required.
• No prior pilates experience needed—strong willingness to learn.
• Background in fitness, yoga, or customer service is a plus.
• Friendly, curious, and passionate about wellness.
• Willing to undergo luluto's post-hire training.
• Exclusive full-time employment as luluto Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Teach a regular schedule of private Pilates sessions with high safety and technique standards.
• Build and nurture a loyal client base with long-term retention and personalized service.
• Consult with clients on packages, memberships, and progression plans.
• Potentially assist in onboarding of new instructors on studio equipment and client flow.
• Adhere to studio SOPs for session prep, client check-ins, and post-session protocols; perform housekeeping duties.
