Job summary

Spring Hope Rehab Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Caring Physiotherapy Assistant to support therapists and patients in rehabilitation. You will help prepare treatment spaces, guide exercises and monitor safety under supervision.

Ideal candidates may be students or fresh graduates in therapy-related fields, with good communication and teamwork skills. Training is provided, with a focus on musculoskeletal rehab and patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or experience in therapy support, physiotherapy, sports science, exercise science, nursing or healthcare are preferred.
• Students or fresh graduates from relevant disciplines may also be considered.
• Comfortable working directly with patients and assisting with physical activities.
• Caring, patient and attentive to safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, rehabilitation equipment and exercise areas.
• Assist patients with prescribed exercises under the direction and supervision of a physiotherapist.
• Guide patients through established rehabilitation programmes as instructed.
• Support patients with safe movement, mobility and transfers where required.
• Observe patients during exercises and promptly report pain, discomfort or other concerns to the physiotherapist.
• Clean and reset treatment areas and equipment between patients.
• Assist with patient flow, appointment coordination and basic administrative duties.
• Maintain patients' privacy, dignity and comfort at all times.
• Comply with the clinic's SOPs, infection-control practices and confidentiality requirements.
• Occasionally assist with simple educational content, such as exercise demonstrations, with guidance provided.

About the role

Spring Hope Rehab is seeking a caring and responsible Physiotherapy Assistant to support physiotherapists and patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on patient interaction and wants to gain practical experience in a professional clinical environment.

Key responsibilities
