Job description

1. Provide physiotherapy and administrative matters for Singapore Cheshire Home's Residents and Day Care clients.

- Assess, formulate, implement, monitor and evaluate relevant physiotherapy programmes aimed to facilitate, restore, improve and/or maintain functional abilities of beneficiaries.

- Provide consultation, support and updates on the beneficiaries’ progress and status to caregivers and the Rehabilitation team.

- Evaluate, prescribe, fabricate and purchase suitable devices/equipment to improve movement as required.

- Work with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitative assessment and treatment process.

2. Participate in discussion of Individual Care Plan (ICP) of beneficiaries, case conferences and meetings.

3. Assist with the work performance and skill development/training of Therapy Aides, Care Coordinator and volunteers.

4. To maintain proper records of inventory, recommend and coordinate purchase and maintenance/repair of physiotherapy devices/equipment.

5. To coordinate with Executive (Social Services) on various social recreational activities and on-going programmes at the Home.

6. To perform any other duties required by the Director (Client Services) and the Chief Executive Officer.
