Job summary

PHYSIO FRIEND PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to perform independent patient assessment, diagnosis, and management across multiple clinics in Singapore. You will contribute to clinical excellence and practice growth in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) and practising certificate.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess, diagnose, and manage patients to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build trusting relationships with patients through clear communication.
• Manage patient caseload across multiple clinics (Punggol, Tampines, Tengah, Yishun).
• Coordinate patient care and clinic operations through strong organisation and time-management.
• Contribute to administrative, operational, and marketing initiatives for practice growth.
• Provide MSK, sports, and orthopaedic rehabilitation aligned with patient needs.
• Collaborate with GPs and Specialists for integrated care.
• Commit to evening and weekend availability, including at least one weekend day per week.
• Engage in regular one-on-one mentoring to enhance clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess, diagnose, and manage patients to achieve excellent clinical outcomes
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through friendly and approachable communication
• Manage and grow an existing patient caseload across multiple clinic locations (Punggol, Tampines, Tengah, Yishun)
• Demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills to coordinate patient care and clinic operations
• Contribute proactively to administrative, operational, and marketing initiatives supporting practice growth
• Provide musculoskeletal (MSK), sports, and orthopaedic rehabilitation services aligned with patient needs
• Maintain clinical autonomy and ownership while collaborating with GPs and Specialists for integrated care
• Commit to evening and weekend availability, including at least one weekend day per week
• Participate in regular one-on-one mentoring to enhance clinical skills and professional development

Required competencies and certifications

• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) and valid practising certificate
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in physiotherapy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in private MSK practice. (Physios with less experience are also welcome to apply)
