Hiring Master Teacher for Robotics And Physics Specialist Preferably from IIT/NIT- Bangalore LocationKey Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, hands-on, and concept-driven online and offline classes for students from Grades 6 to 12 in Robotics and Physics. Design and develop STEM-based curriculum modules, lesson plans, practical experiments, and assessments aligned with CBSE/ICSE/International standards. Use simulations, coding platforms, and digital tools (e.g., Arduino, TinkerCAD, Python, etc.) to bring complex Physics and Robotics concepts to life. Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback and support. Collaborate with the academic and R&D teams to constantly innovate in content, pedagogy, and lab integration. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Robotics, IoT, AI, and Physics education. Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and project-based learning among students.Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Robotics, Physics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields from IIT/NIT or equivalent reputed institutions. Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (online or offline) in STEM/Physics/Robotics education. Deep understanding of Physics fundamentals, Electronics, Programming basics (Python/C++), and Robotics systems. Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Passionate about mentoring and inspiring young minds through innovation and technology. Ability to simplify and deliver technical concepts with clarity and creativity.Preferred: Experience creating or curating video-based content.
