Job description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photographer with a strong eye for composition and storytelling to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images for both corporate and event photography, contributing to a wide range of visual projects from studio shoots to live event coverage. The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, professional, and able to work effectively in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Capture high-resolution images at live events, ensuring key moments and highlights are documented professionally.
2. Collaborate closely with the events team to interpret photography briefs and meet project objectives.
3. Set up and operate photography equipment in both studio and event environments, including cameras, lighting, and backdrops.
4. Edit, retouch, and prepare images for post-event usage including marketing, publicity, and digital platforms.
5. Maintain an organized and up-to-date photo archive, ensuring timely delivery of final edited assets.
6. Engage professionally with clients, guests, and event personnel throughout the shoot.
7. Ensure cleanliness and readiness of studio space and upkeep of photography equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, or Capture One.
• Skilled in operating DSLR or mirrorless camera systems (e.g., Canon, Sony, Nikon).
• Operate and manage studio lighting equipment, including strobe lights and flash systems.
• Conduct tethered shooting sessions with appropriate software and camera integration.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, personable, and adaptable.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in studio and/or event photography.
• Relevant prior work experience in a similar role.
• Only open to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents.

Additional Information

• Working hours: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM).
