Key Job Accountabilities:
- Design and development of photolithography processes and materials
- Installation and optimization of lithography equipment
- Propose customized process solutions based on customer needs
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed process documentation, SOPs, and development reports
- Apply DOE, SPC, and other methodologies to enhance process stability and reduce variation
- Directly impacts yield and performance of advanced packaging products including 2.5D/3D, TSV, and fan-out technologies
- Participates in equipment evaluation and material selection that affect CapEx and process capability
- Supports product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction through process development and stabilization
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in photolithography process development
- Strong knowledge of lithography techniques, photoresist chemistry, and exposure systems
- Proficient in data analysis tools (JMP, MATLAB, Excel)
- Experience with 2.5D/3D, TSV, CoWoS, or fan-out packaging process development (Preferred)
- Hands-on experience with photolithography equipment operation (Preferred)
- Proven track record in cross-process integration and optimization (Preferred)
- Familiarity with reliability testing and qualification standards (Preferred)
- Proficiency in technical writing and English communication with global customers (Preferred)
