Responsibilities

• Provide fast, skillful and accurate blood collection for patients using venipuncture, capillary and heel-prick.
• Perform phlebotomy, ECG, spirometry in an accurate, efficient and professional way.
• Ensure work area is clean and tidy. Ensure compliance with infection control guidelines
• Ensure 2 identifiers are performed for every patient prior to collection before performing test for patients
• Ensure proper documentation for traceability and in adherence to good documentation practices.
