Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform venipuncture and blood collection procedures accurately and safely
2. Label, handle, and transport specimens according to protocol
3. Ensure proper documentation and patient identification
4. Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the phlebotomy area
5. Provide excellent patient care and manage difficult draws when necessary

Requirements:

1. Minimum NITEC in Nursing/Phlebotomy or related certification
2. Prior experience in blood collection or healthcare settings
3. Good communication skills and patient service attitude
