Job description:

• You will perform blood-taking procedures (venepuncture) to collect blood specimens for laboratory investigations at the inpatient setting (mainly adult & geriatric) in Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) and Integrated Care Hub (ICH).
• You will also support sectional initiatives to review and improve work processes to achieve organisational goals.
• You will conduct HIV screen interviews for patients.
• You will be expected to support the Section Leader in other operational and administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Have a keen interest in blood-taking (venepuncture).
• No experience needed as training will be provided.
• Able to work independently and can be a team player.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts which include weekends and public holidays. Working hours are as follows (based on roster pattern):
  • 7am - 6pm
  • 7am - 4pm
  • 8am - 5pm
  • 4pm - 10.30pm
