A leading marketing firm in Singapore is looking for a Philippines Marketing Manager to enhance SMB growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B marketing experience, excellent project management skills, and a creative mindset to drive successful campaigns across the APAC region.
Job Description:
To empower new businesses and agencies to successfully start advertising and grow their business through diverse advertising products. You will deliver on the SMB growth objectives through full funnel marketing initiatives, with key priorities on lead generation and activation. As the Philippines Marketing Manager, you strategise, build, successfully execute and continuously iterate on the regional go-to-market strategies. This is a role that will require a balance of creative, strategic and ambitious thinking with attention to detail, obsession with clients and data, hands-on attitude and ability to pivot the business efficiently.
Job Scope:
Develop multi-channel, scalable activation strategy and go-to-market plan to grow the pipeline for small medium businesses in Philippines, driving new cash activated accounts and revenue growth in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Design, oversee and execute marketing campaign solutions working in close collaboration with cross functional partners incl. Sales, Marketing Solutions, Growth, Product, Vendor, E-Shop and external partners, to drive demand for Business advertising solutions.
Build or adapt compelling program narratives, content and marketing assets to address unique market needs, including by leveraging market insights to inform content needs, and owning the communication of content strategies and timelines to cross functional partners and stakeholders
Create and lead full-funnel seasonal and evergreen campaigns (both online and offline), to a variety of audiences (advertisers, agencies, end users), including developing and executing events that align with business objectives and drive business goals
Develop and execute marketing strategies across various digital platforms.
Track and evaluate campaign performance and provide timely reporting on optimization opportunities and learnings that can be scaled to other campaigns, and/or across other APAC regions
Oversee the execution of campaign and content strategies through the management of third party vendors / agencies
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing for Small & Medium Businesses industry in Philippines, and ideally with experience working across APAC markets
Knowledge of digital ads media sales and marketing processes, with an understanding of TikTok for Business advertising solutions as a plus
Knowledge of e-Commerce platforms and marketing processes, with an understanding of TikTok Shop as a plus
Understanding of and proven success in digital marketing strategies, email and messaging marketing tactics, organic and paid media tactics, and lead management
Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company or consulting
Organization and project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once, and a proven track record of building and executing programs with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders
Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
Analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
Have a commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretched performance goals
Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead from ideation to execution
Creativity and a grasp of market trends and consumer behavior to craft strategies that align with business objectives and maximize market impact
Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build, manage and influence agencies/ virtual teams (e.g. partners, agencies, remote marketing teams) and interface effectively with and influence different management levels.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Additional Information:
Salary – S$8K per month
Contract duration: 7-month contract
Commencement Date: Immediate
Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Hybrid
