Job summary

AbbVie in Singapore seeks a senior pharmaceutical manufacturing operator to execute drug product manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment. You will oversee dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, coating, and filling, and run equipment with routine maintenance.

You will complete batch records in real-time, perform in-process controls, and ensure GMP compliance in production areas, while identifying deviations and safety concerns and supporting equipment qualification activities and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, batch record documentation, and deviation management.
• Hands-on experience with drug product manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Good communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute drug product manufacturing operations including: Dispensing, Blending, Granulation, Compression, Coating, Filling.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and GMP documentation accurately and in real-time.
• Perform in-process controls, sampling, and checks as specified in batch records.
• Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance in production areas.
• Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns.
• Participate in equipment qualification and cleaning validation activities.
• Attend and apply GMP training programs.
