Pharmacy Technician - West! #HZOT

Location: Queenstown
Working Hours: 5.5 days
Salary: $2,500

Job Description:
- Provide professional and courteous service to all patients/customers
- Process medication orders/prescriptions for both inpatient and outpatient
- Picking, packing and labelling in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines and department standard operating procedures
- Perform billing functions
- Ensure work area is ready for daily operations
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pharmacy and ward areas where drugs are stored
- Involvement in workplace quality improvement projects/activities as and when required
- Ensure stocks are stocked up properly and tidily according to requirement and stipulated storage condition
- Perform topping up of ward stock in the respective wards
- Ensure correct receiving of goods
- Secondary repackaging/redressing
- Carry out cycle counts and stock takes periodically
- Dispense medications to patients in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines and department standard operating procedures

Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in pharmaceutical science
- Flexibility to work on weekends/PH occasionally
