Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support prescription processing and dispensing activities in a Singapore pharmacy. The role involves handling patient and prescriber information, insurance billing, and documentation to ensure accurate medication preparation.

Responsibilities include retrieving inventory, labeling, containerization of medications, and maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or related certification (min).

Responsibilities

• Enter prescription information including patient searches, prescriber searches, drug selection, prescription interpretation, insurance billing, and basic documentation.
• Dispense medicine when needed.
• Accept customer and prescription information to process new and refill prescriptions, including refill authorization from doctors.
• Retrieve medication from inventory.
• Create prescription labels and place them on containers.
• Place medication into prescription containers.
• Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and input data into the computer.
• Assist in keeping the Pharmacy department clean and organized.
• Aid inventory management: order review, returns, restocking shelves, and physical inventory prep.
