Job summary

Raffles Medical Group is seeking a responsible, service-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our West-area pharmacy team. You will assist in packing, dispensing, and distribution of medications, maintain inventory, and provide excellent customer service to patients.

The role requires a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a recognised dispensing certificate, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting. We value teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a recognised dispensing certificate.
• Experience in a GP clinic, primary care setting, or pharmacy environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in packing, dispensing, and distribution of medications.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of pharmaceutical items.
• Provide excellent customer service at Pharmacy stations.
• Check and replace short-expiry medications in the emergency trolley.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of pharmaceutical items.
• Support daily pharmacy operations in accordance with internal procedures.
