Job summary

RAFFLES MEDICAL GROUP LTD is seeking a responsible pharmacy assistant to join the Tampines, East pharmacy team. You will assist in packing, dispensing, and distributing medications and help maintain inventory in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

We value good communication and customer service, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a recognised dispensing certificate is required, with GP clinic or pharmacy exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a recognised dispensing certificate.
• Experience in a General Practitioner clinic, primary care setting, or pharmacy environment is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the packing, dispensing, and distribution of medications.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of pharmaceutical items.
• Provide excellent customer service at Pharmacy stations.
• Check and replace short-expiry medications in the emergency trolley.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of pharmaceutical items.
• Support daily pharmacy operations in accordance with internal procedures.
