Job summary
National University Hospital in Clementi, SG is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (Contract) for a full-time, on-site role. You will support pharmacists in safe preparation, dispensing and distribution of medications, while contributing to daily pharmacy operations.
The role involves inventory management, automation systems, and assisting with compounding for lab and oncology as applicable, under supervision. Fresh diploma holders are welcome and prior healthcare pharmacy exposure is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or CPTC certification required.
- Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in pharmacy within healthcare is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Process medication orders and prescriptions accurately.
- Pick, pack, label and dispense medications.
- Support inpatient, outpatient and emergency pharmacy services.
- Assist pharmacists with patient counselling and enquiries.
- Maintain medication inventory and proper storage per requirements.
- Assist with automation systems and repackaging processes.
- Prepare sterile and non-sterile products under supervision where applicable.
