About the role
As a Pharmacy Technician at Royal Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and accurate delivery of pharmacy services. This full-time position is based in the Novena Central Region, where you will be responsible for assisting a pharmacist in a range of tasks to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and dispense medication orders by interpreting prescriptions, calculating doses, and selecting, measuring and packaging pharmaceutical products
Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders and rotating stock to ensure optimal inventory and product quality
Provide friendly and professional customer service by addressing patient enquiries, processing requests and guiding them to appropriate services
Perform cashiering duties including billing, processing payments and reconciling daily transactions accurately
Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and safe patient care
Maintain up to date and accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and internal SOPs
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy workflow and service quality
What we're looking for
Diploma in Pharmacy Technology or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent service under pressure
Comfortable handling both pharmacy and front-desk cashiering duties
Familiarity with pharmacy systems and inventory processes; experience with Clinic Assist is a plus
