About the role
As a Pharmacy Technician at Royal Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and accurate delivery of pharmacy services. This full-time position is based in the Novena Central Region, where you will be responsible for assisting a pharmacist in a range of tasks to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and dispense medication orders by interpreting prescriptions, calculating doses, and selecting, measuring and packaging pharmaceutical products

  • Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders and rotating stock to ensure optimal inventory and product quality

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service by addressing patient enquiries, processing requests and guiding them to appropriate services

  • Perform cashiering duties including billing, processing payments and reconciling daily transactions accurately

  • Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and safe patient care

  • Maintain up to date and accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and internal SOPs

  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy workflow and service quality

What we're looking for

  • Diploma in Pharmacy Technology or equivalent qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent service under pressure

  • Comfortable handling both pharmacy and front-desk cashiering duties

  • Familiarity with pharmacy systems and inventory processes; experience with Clinic Assist is a plus
