Job description

Position Overview:

The Pharmacy Retail Assistant will be part of the team responsible for the Retail Pharmacy business.
You will be supporting the pharmacist to fulfil customers’ needs based on their requirements, achieve sales targets, retain and build new customer base and handle the store operational tasks.

Main Functions & Responsibilities:

  • 5- day workweek, retail shifts based on roster (shifts includes weekends and public holidays)
  • Provide good Customer service
  • Handle cashier duties
  • Order and replenishment of stocks
  • Housekeeping and cleanliness of store
  • Display of merchandise, improve retail sales, carry out promotional activities
  • Assist Pharmacist in dispensing prescription drugs, recommending medical devices to patients based on their needs and advising on use.
  • Assist Pharmacist in temperature record, filling of pharmacy documents in accurate order to upkeep standard of pharmacy audit.
  • Resolve issues, concerns or complaints made by customers
  • Help to build good team support
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Computer literacy in operating POS scanning and using Inventory management systems; working knowledge of Word, Excel and use of email
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

o Able to converse in both English and Mandarin/ Bahasa Indonesia (in order to liaise with Mandarin/ Bahasa Indonesia speaking associates)

o GCE N-Level or higher

o Customer service oriented

o Good team player

o Minimum 2 years in retail experience

o Work location: Central
