The position is non-patient-facing, requires attention to detail, and involves standing or sitting for long periods, with shifts that may include early start times and multiple locations within Singapore. Training provided and adherence to safety protocols is expected.

Qualifications

• Non-patient-facing role in healthcare/polyclinic environment.
• Minimum 3-month contract with good attendance.
• Able to handle cartons and medication bins weighing up to 10kg.
• Comfortable with extended periods of standing or sitting.
• Willing to complete required vaccinations and serology tests.
• Able to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack medications according to labels, instructions, and procedures.
• Prepare medicines for packing, including pre-packing activities.
• Replenish medication bins and transfer stock from storeroom as required.
• Receive, check, and organise incoming stock from vendors.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock arrangement, and general storekeeping activities.
• Support deblistering and tablet portioning using designated equipment and procedures.
• Ensure medication packing areas, storage spaces, and workstations are clean and organised.
• Follow established operational, safety, and hygiene procedures when handling medications and inventory.
• Perform other operational and ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
