Strengthen clinical governance, quality control systems, data analytics, and decision support tools to enhance safe, patient-centered healthcare delivery.
Collaborate with local and international teams, including quality assurance personnel and organizational leaders, to promote best practices in pharmacy services.
Collect, analyze, and report operational and workload statistics to support strategic planning and performance evaluation.
Oversee daily pharmacy operations across multiple service sites to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
Coordinate and manage training and educational programs for pharmacy staff to support professional development and service excellence.
Provide timely and accurate drug-related information to healthcare professionals to support safe and effective treatment decisions.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and departmental performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for licensing, wholesale transactions, and pharmaceutical supply chain oversight.
Take on additional responsibilities as delegated by senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
Licensed or registered pharmacist with the relevant national regulatory authority.
3–5 years of professional experience in pharmacy practice, with at least 2 years in a specialized or clinical setting (e.g., oncology, hospital, or specialty care).
