Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Pharmacy Storekeeper/Assistant to support inventory management and daily pharmacy tasks. You will assist with receiving, checking, storing, topping up and distributing medicines and consumables, including pre-packing and repackaging work.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork and reliability, with duties covering expiry-date monitoring, documentation, sanitation, and participation in automation processes and workplace improvement projects.

Qualifications

• GCE N or O Level.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Good team player with a service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of pharmacy inventory, including receiving, checking, storing, topping up and distributing medicines and consumables.
• Perform pre-packing and repackaging of tablets, capsules and lotions.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and storage conditions, and assist with stock counts and disposal of expired or damaged items.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock movements and returns to vendors.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of pharmacy counters, shelves, storage areas, equipment and refrigerators.
• Assist with pharmacy automation processes and daily operational activities.
• Support the training of new Health Attendants and Storekeepers.
• Assist with workplace improvement projects and other duties as assigned.
